We now bring Deepak Chopra - who is one of the world's foremost experts in the area of mind/body medicine - to the UK every year for a series of seminars and workshops. We also run our own Transformational Workshops lead by Ravi Mehra throughout the year.

Ravi Mehra was born in northern India in 1952 and was brought up in a traditional Hindu family. His upbringing is steeped in Indian Mythology and Vedic teachings. At 17 he left India for England to study and started his career in business in Belgium with an American computer company. He then became a business consultant before founding Contours.

Ravi is the instructor at our Transformational Workshops - Primordial Sound Meditation, Creating Health, Seeking Success, Desiring Destiny and Passionate Cooking.

Deepak created the Chopra Center For Well Being in La Jolla, California in 1995 as a formal vehicle for the expansion of his healing approach using the integration of the best of western medicine with natural healing traditions. Through the work carried out at the Center he is changing the way the world views physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social wellness.

History will view Deepak Chopra as the man who set the cornerstone for a medical model that promotes greater self-reliance and self-awareness as the most valuable personal and societal assets for creating health.
